  • Private Paint Parties
    Birthdays - Bachelorettes - Reunions - Girls Night Out - Date Night - Retreats - Staff Events - In Honor Of - Just Because!! ​ Red Headed Princess Designs is happy to attend your private party! Please read the requirements carefully and request a form to fill out. What Does It Cost? * $25 per person for a minimum of 10 people. * You may have up to 70 people. * Hostess paints for FREE when his/her party reaches 10 guests!! * A $60 non-refundable down-payment is due to reserve your date. * That’s it! A travel fee may apply if you're more than 50 miles from 47172. How Does It Work? * Red Headed Princess Designs will provide step-by-step artistic instruction for up to 70 guests. No artistic skills are required of your guests. * You get to choose the picture we paint. Guests will each receive a 16" x 20" canvas that they will paint and take home that day. * Painting parties average 2 hours in length. * 45 minutes is needed to set up. 30 minutes is needed to clean up. * One week before your event, contact Red Headed Princess Designs with a final guest list. My goal is to make your party as FUN and MEMORABLE as possible!! What Do I Have To Do? Day of Party, Provide: __ Location with good lighting __ Tables and chairs __ Table for demonstration ​ __ Food and Beverages __ Music (remember – this is a party!) __ Close access to a sink to get clean water and wash brushes __ Pay Red Headed Princess Designs by the close of your party *NOTE: A $60 non-refundable down payment is required to reserve your date. *Red Headed Princess Designs Will Provide: Table Coverings, Paint Brushes, Paint, Palettes, Easels, Wrapped Canvases, Paper Towels, Water Containers, and more.

  • Fund-Raiser Events
    You Set the Price! * I charge a maximum of $35 per person for a minimum of 10 people (max. is 70 people)( Price is set based on what we paint- i.e. door hangers vs canvas) * You set the price.* Consider charging $35 to make $1000 a party! $25 a person for 10-19 painters $22 a person for 20-29 painters $20 a person for 30+ painters The most successfully attended fundraisers charge $30 or $35. A $60 non-refundable down-payment is due to reserve your date. A travel fee of at least $30 may apply if you are located more than 50 miles from zip code 47172. * Host may not charge over $40 a person unless a meal or special venue is included. How Does It Work? * Red Headed Princess Designs will provide step-by-step artistic instruction for no more than 70 guests. No artistic skills are required of your guests. * You get to choose the picture we paint. Guests will each receive an 11" x 14" canvas that they will paint and take home that day. * Painting parties average 2 hours in length. * 45 minutes is needed to set up. 30 minutes to clean up. * One week before your fundraiser, contact Red Headed Princess Designs with a final guest list. What Do I Have To Do? Day of fundraiser, provide: __ Location with good lighting __ Tables and chairs __ Table at front for painting demo __ Food and Beverages __ Music (remember – this is a party!) __ Access to an electrical outlet __ Close access to a sink to get clean water and wash brushes __ Pay Red Headed Princess Designs by the close of your fundraiser. NOTE: A non-refundable down payment is required to reserve your date. Red Headed Princess Designs Will Provide: Table Coverings, Paint Brushes, Paint, Palettes, Easels, Wrapped Canvases, Paper Towels, Water Containers, and more. Red Headed Princess Designs reserves the right to cancel parties for unforeseen circumstances. Notification will be given prior to the party and will be refund.
